"I came in to look at helmets on Saturday, at 4:50 not realizing the shop closed at 5pm. Chris stayed until almost 6pm helping me look at a helmet for me. He even helped me look at gloves and jackets. I wound up buying a helmet and gloves. It was a great experience! Great customer service."

"I was in your showroom today..and I must say..the salesman was just plain rude...David Greer. He acted as though he didn't have the time to answer any questions and was disinterested throughout the short amount of time that I was there. "I walked onto the lot not knowing what kind of bike I wanted, and Jay Cherry took it from there. He could have tried to put me on a more expensive bike but sensed what I needed. I bought, and am now convinced that if I'd bought any other bike from anyone else I'd be starting to regret it about now. Then the financing department stunned me by beating my credit union - the first time that's happened in 30 years. They've also got the best selection of accessories in town. A+++ all around! "

"Purchased 3 bikes-'05 Vulcan 750, '06 Mean Streak, and, after trading in the "Meanie" a Nomad, which I'm happily riding! Jeff Greer was and is top-notch. The sales process was non-stressful. I got a decent amount on the Meanie towards the Nomad. The service and parts dept's are the best. Cycle World means no games-just the goods! "

"I was looking to upgrade from my 1100 spirit to the big boys with a Goldwing. First looked at Honda of VB, but the salesman wasnt willing to work with me on price and even wanted me to find my own financing. So my wife and I looked at Cycle World. Leon Glass was our salesman, and he was very good at what he did. I really wanted the titanium, but they had a Pearl White on display with the Audio/Comfort/Nav option, and after speaking with Leon, we were able to work a great deal out on it with a few extras thrown in to make it worth my while. I would recommend CW to anyone looking for a great deal and a dealer who will stand behind what they sell both for service and for parts/accessories."
